Good to know as an international organizer
The classic cinema-event mistakes are presenting laptop slides at film resolution without content preparation, and putting speakers in a room with zero stage light. Both are solvable — before the event, not during. We prepare content formats for the actual projection spec and bring the lighting the building doesn't have.
