We book the slots, align the schedule with the venue and build our crew call around it, so the paperwork side never touches your team. Congress formats then live or die on turnover speed: parallel sessions, tight breaks, back-to-back speakers with different content formats. Our setup here is built around a central operator position and pre-tested content workflows so forty presentations run like one.
