Project spotlight: For an architecture and façade conference, our contribution covered an LED-wall, sound and microphone setup within the conference production. This brought the audience display and speech audio together for the presentation programme.
Good to know as an international organizer
Share sample slides alongside the room layout, especially when presentations contain detailed images, drawings or text. Screen size and audience viewing distances should be considered together. Include the number of speakers who may need microphones at the same time, and agree who collects presentation files, approves updates and calls cues. Confirm venue access and the build schedule before finalising the equipment and crew plan. If your programme includes panel discussions or videos, flag them in the enquiry so their audio and playback requirements can be reviewed.
