Not every piece of equipment moves into the building easily, and the right approach is decided in consultation — with the hotel and with a partner who has done it before. We plan equipment choices and case sizes around the building's access from the start, so the design that's signed off is one that physically fits. It's a detail international organizers rarely think to ask about, and exactly the kind that decides whether build-up day runs calm or chaotic. Multilingual events, meanwhile, fail on coordination, not on interpreters. Booth placement, clean audio feeds per language channel and receiver logistics all have to be designed in advance — across two disciplines that usually belong to two different vendors. We close that gap: we contract and brief the interpretation specialists, integrate their systems into our audio design, and stay your single point of contact.
