What we deliver at Meet Berlage / Beurs van Berlage
Project spotlight: A three-camera production for two presenters combined local camera and audio operation with presentation laptops, confidence monitors and video signal distribution. We supported the on-site build, rehearsals and live programme, while the UK production partner operated vMix and the livestream. The presenter setup was developed around both presentation content and autocue feeds.
Good to know as an international organizer
For a broadcast, share the camera plan, running order and what each presenter needs to see. Define which team handles camera operation, audio mixing, presentation playback and streaming. Agree the signal handover to the broadcast system, including capture devices, cabling and monitor feeds. Confirm dedicated internet access with the venue and schedule rehearsal time with the presenters and remote production contacts. Identify any additional live links early so their technical checks can be built into the programme.
