How early do you need to be involved in our event planning?
We can jump in at any stage, but early involvement allows us to conduct venue site surveys, produce 3D CAD plans, and lock in rigging permits well before load-in.
Do you handle venue technical paperwork and permits?
Yes. We manage all venue relations, power declarations, rigging load limits, and safety documentation directly with Dutch hall management.
Are your crew and project managers English-speaking?
