Our past work at Hilton Amsterdam on Apollolaan includes a multi-room international meeting production delivered with a specialist AV partner. What we deliver at Hilton Amsterdam (Apollolaan)
Project spotlight: Working with our AV partner, we delivered a conference setup built around an 11 × 3.5 m branded backdrop and large-format presentation projection. The main meeting included a two-camera PTZ setup, video switching, Zoom support, six handheld and six headset microphones. We also provided audio for the breakout meeting and sound and uplighting for the welcome dinner.
Good to know as an international organizer
For a programme with plenary sessions, smaller meetings and a dinner, share a separate brief and running order for each space. Identify which presentations, microphones and online connections each session needs, and agree who operates them. Include rehearsal time and transitions between rooms.
