The Hilton on Apollolaan is Amsterdam's classic five-star address for corporate hospitality and a venue where presentation standards are set by the audience, not the room. We have produced events here for clients whose own brand guidelines are stricter than most venues' house rules. Please note: the Hilton Amsterdam is currently closed for a large-scale renovation. We look forward to producing here again once it reopens and in the meantime we're happy to recommend and produce at comparable five-star Amsterdam venues, such as Hotel Okura or the Leonardo Royal.

logistics here were always a pleasant surprise for a city-centre five-star: loading happens at the same level as the event rooms, with no meaningful size restrictions on equipment no dismantling flightcases to fit a service lift. In heritage-style hotel spaces, the winning move is technical restraint executed perfectly: fewer, better speakers; lighting that flatters the architecture; cabling nobody ever sees. We expect the same principles to apply after the renovation, and we'll update this page once the hotel reopens.
