Multi-room conference video support at Taets Art and Event Park
RentAV has supported multiple projects at Taets Art and Event Park in Zaandam, including a multi-day international technology conference with more than 3,000 attendees. Our contribution combined presentation and video control with on-site operators, working within the lead production team.

Project spotlight: For this multi-room conference, we supported the main-stage presentations alongside video and presentation operation in other programme spaces. Our work included media-server playback, video switching, speaker confidence monitoring and additional displays for meeting areas and speaker lounges.
Good to know as an international organizer
Share the full programme and room-by-room screen plan, including which sessions run at the same time. Define the content, cueing and operator responsibilities for each space, and identify who can approve late presentation changes. Include the screen resolutions, media formats, confidence-monitor views and rehearsal schedule in the brief. Agree the division between LED-wall supply, content playback and on-site operation so each production partner can plan its contribution. Allow time for checking and converting incoming media before rehearsals.
