AV supplier and production support at RAI Amsterdam
RentAV has supported an international trade show at RAI Amsterdam with nearly 10,000 visitors. Working through a production partner, our contribution included LED and display delivery across three exhibition halls, plus a theatre screen, playback coordination and on-site technical support.

Project spotlight: Our LED and display work spanned three exhibition halls, with an additional LED wall for the main theatre. Content playback was coordinated within the partner's wider production, alongside the equipment delivery and technical work on site.
Good to know as an international organizer
Separate stand or exhibition-display requirements from the theatre programme in your brief. Include the hall and stand or room reference, content formats, operating responsibilities and access times confirmed with the venue. For an additional request during a show, specify where the equipment is needed, its purpose and the required connections. Availability and delivery arrangements can then be checked against the actual requirement. Name the person approving equipment changes and the on-site contact receiving deliveries, particularly when several suppliers are working within one production.
