Exhibition stand AV at RAI Amsterdam: what we build, what we've learned
Every major trade fair at RAI Amsterdam, the same scene repeats: hundreds of international exhibitors, one loading schedule, and a hard opening time that doesn't move. We've built stand AV here across shows and industries — IBC, iGB Live, Horecava, Aquatech, Identity Week and international cosmetics shows among them — and this page is what that experience buys you.
What we deliver at RAI Amsterdam
Stand AV from a single large-format screen to full stand production — LED walls, directional audio, product lighting, content playback, and on-call support during show days so a technical issue never costs you a selling hour.
Good to know as an international organizer
Book your build-up slot the day registration opens; decide early if your design needs rigging (house-rigger deadlines close weeks out); order power for your real AV load, not your stand builder's guess; and rent AV locally rather than shipping it — 230V/50Hz, customs and the absence of local backup turn shipped equipment into a gamble. Every show at the RAI runs its own build-up logic, and having worked the broadcast halls of IBC as well as the hospitality floors of Horecava, we know how different those rhythms are. We handle the venue paperwork for our exhibitors as standard.
Produced here: Real venue experience
A range of our own exhibition stands for international exhibitors, season after season — including large-format screen setups that turned walk-past traffic into stand conversations.
