What we deliver at NDSM Wharf Amsterdam
Project spotlight: For this multi-stage summit, we supported screen control and presentation operation across three programme stages. The workflow combined PowerPoint presentations, QLab playback and programmed operator controls, with floating technical support throughout the show schedule.
Good to know as an international organizer
Build the brief around how content will be received, checked and played. Include the screen requirements, cue list and responsibility for each output, and agree a file-naming system for presentation versions. Identify who can approve a late change and how the operator will receive it. Define display supply and content operation separately so the production team knows which equipment and people each supplier is providing. Include time for checking videos, fonts and slide formats before rehearsals, and agree when the presentation files should be ready for the operators.
