What we deliver at Liemes, Utrecht
Project spotlight: For an awards gala and dinner, we provided staging, stage lighting, wireless microphones, presentation and video control, comfort monitoring and technical crew. The production combined these additions with the venue's projection and sound facilities. Our role covered technical preparation, the build and show operation, with the control position coordinated around the dining tables and catering layout.
Good to know as an international organizer
Send the award sequence, presentation files and dinner running order together. Include the table plan, stage layout and catering positions, and identify the venue equipment already included in your booking. Agree who calls each award, speech, video and lighting cue. Reserve space for the control desk and check what presenters need to see on their monitors. Plan a rehearsal around the final programme so the technical crew and the people running the ceremony can work through the key transitions.
