Our work at Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam includes a company meeting and gala dinner with AV across both parts of the programme. We brought together an LED presentation wall, staging, sound, microphones and lighting, with technical support for the meeting and a separate DJ and sound setup for the evening.
What we deliver at Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam
Project spotlight: For a company event, we supplied a 4 × 2 m LED wall, a 6 × 3 m stage, L-Acoustics Syva sound and four handheld microphones. Four LED poster displays extended the visual setup beyond the main screen. The gala dinner added DJ equipment, a separate sound system and uplighting, with crew supporting the production on site.
Good to know as an international organizer
Plan the daytime and evening requirements together. Share the presentations, room layouts and the changeover between the meeting and dinner. Confirm the content format for the LED wall and each poster display, and include any DJ or performer rider. Identify equipment that will move between spaces, agree who operates it, and confirm access and rehearsal times with the hotel.
