Why exhibitors rent AV locally instead of shipping it
Three practical reasons: Dutch power runs 230V/50Hz and your shipped equipment may not; customs and carnets add cost, paperwork and delay in both directions; and — decisive — shipped equipment has no local backup. A rented screen that fails is swapped within hours; a shipped one that fails is a dark wall for the rest of the show. We supply, deliver, install and strike everything locally, and handle the venue's technical paperwork (power orders, rigging requests, build-up slots) as standard.
